- Health and Safety arrangements
- Retention Certificate/Contract from your competent H&S providers (If not in house)
- Insurance certificates
- Individual and Company qualifications and experience records (Training matrix)
- Evidence of monitoring, Auditing and review H&S
- Evidence of how the company remains up to date with H&S e.g. H&S newsletters
- Evidence of workforce involvement
- Accident and incident procedures
- Risk Assessments/Method statement
- COSHH Assessments
- Fire Risk Assessment
- Portable appliance testing certification

- Site Inspection report
